"Julie & Julia" movie: my piece about Julie Powell from 2002

    If you live in Chicago, I would assuse you would know how to spell Carl Sandburg's name, especially since you're a writer. Shame on you!

    The world is full of shameful things. But spelling errors (especially in publications that are edited and fact-checked) don't qualify for me personally.


    What does the word assuse mean? Anyone?
